I am not really physically moving, but virtual moving.
Recently, there are so many different SNS, blogs, and mixi, and I just can’t maintain them all in different places. I wanted to have a central location for all of my virtual communications, I got a rental server and my own domain. To own my own server at home was not a feasible idea, I decided to rent one instead. I plan to move the contents to my own server gradually.
Reasons why I got my own;
- Free = tons of adds, Good bye to life with filled with Adds.
- I decided not to sell my personal information for free services
- The ownership of contents. They belong to me, I was tired of ever changing agreements.
